Here they are captain america suit sprayed Gold. I used gold for mine. To make it I bought a BMX helmet and filled in the holes using kitchen roll. To finish them off I just pushed some holes in using a BBQ skewer and then threaded some leather laces to hold them in place on my legs and arm. The spray paint was around £5 a can and I used 2 on these parts and the helmet.
